Customer reviews: Kiss For Sleeping Beauty then?, 2005-07-21 This was the first Charmed book I have ever read, so with an open mind I was hoping that it would follow alongside the series, with fast zappy plots and gripping storylines. It did get going in the end, and sure it wasn't the longest read in history, but in the end it left me feeling 'What was that I just spent time reading' There really wasn't enough story to call gripping so I would recommend this book perhaps to start yourself into the Charmed series but in the end, all Prue's kissing strangers left me with the feeling that the book was such a bore that it would not have been able to wake Sleeping Beauty let alone any reader. Shame.
Charmed still..., 2002-09-18 Being a huge fan of the series I rushed out and got my hands on as many of the accompanying novels as I could find! This is the second one written about Prue, Piper and Phoebe and thier magical powers as the Charmed Ones. I enjoyed it more than the first one as it was a new story that had not been shown in the series. The books really help to bring the charcters more to life and to make them seem more real. It makes watching the show more enjoyable, if that's at all possible! The novel is small and doesn't take long to read but is gripping and works hard at keeping your attention. So much so they are very easy to read in one go! I really enjoyed this book, it was fun to think of the usually strict and moral Prue going about kissing random strangers!
If you like the series, these are the books for you! Customers who bought this item also bought:
